This Monday comes with great news: the Digital Nomad Visa can finally be requested!

After the recent publication of the Regulations, we had all been waiting for the implementation of Law Nº 10008, Immigration has also – in a record time! – provided final details on the necessary requirements and activated the necessary steps in its online and physical systems.

As a reminder, this visa will allow remote workers and their families to obtain a stable condition in Costa Rica for One (1) year, =renewable for the same amount of time.
